Property History
Originally named Eisenhower Corporate Campus, The Eisenhower started construction in 1983 as a speculative multi-tenant office building; the complex was easily adapted for a single user and ultimately housed two of New Jersey's most prestigious corporate entities.
In 1984 Bellcore selected then known as Eisenhower Corporate Campus as its national headquarters site and in 1987 the facility received the annual Good Neighbor Award.
The Prudential Insurance Company of America subsequently leased the facility and later the majority of the property was leased to Verizon. In 1999 and 2014 the facility, located in Livingston, NJ, was awarded the prestigious Toby Award from BOMA as the Best Managed Building Complex in the 250,000 to 499,000 square foot category.
